NewGio's production facility has been based in the vicinity of Bangkok since 2003. Although the company's output in its early days was based on purely manual production using individual machines, it soon became clear to Aaron Chou that it was necessary to adopt batch size 1 production, for greater output and a focus on individuality.

Even now, Aaron Chou has no doubts that the decision to choose HOMAG Asia as the best partner with which to achieve these goals was the correct one: "We have received excellent support from the beginning. HOMAG products have been expanding the machine pool at NewGio since 2003. Recently installed machines include, for example, a storage system in combination with a panel dividing saw and a CNC processing center. An edge banding machine with LaserTec and an automated workpiece return ensures high processing quality, as do the drilling and dowel inserting machine and case clamp.

The investment in HOMAG equipment has met all of NewGio's expectations. Throughput has increased, while costs and processing times have significantly reduced. NewGio now employs both series and batch size 1 production for its products, with consistently high quality.
