New option in CADmatic: Reproduction of parts

Reproduce parts on all HOMAG saws - easily, quickly and reliably

We know that the reproduction of parts is costly in several ways: It costs time, money and material. Nevertheless, it cannot be completely avoided in day-to-day work. There are many reasons for this:

• the material has decor errors, 
• you have part curvatures due to stresses in the panel material, which means that your parts can no longer be assembled cleanly,
• you notice edge chipping (e.g. because parts have been cut without a scorer),
• you accidentally damage parts that have already been cut to size in the subsequent process or
• you process them incorrectly

To enable you to act quickly, flexibly and agilely in precisely these situations in future, we have integrated the reproduction of parts as a new option in our CADmatic saw control system. 

Neu: Reproduction of parts - made easy!

With the new CADmatic option for reproduction of parts, the parts can now be easily collected in a post-production list and then transferred to optimization, e.g., Cut Rite, intelliDivide or CADplan. Here, the parts are combined in new cutting plans before they are produced on the saw. Information on the label allows the reproduced parts to flow transparently back into the overall process – quickly, easily, and error-free. 

The CADmatic option is available for all saws. On the SAWTEQ S-300 and S-400 series, the option can also be obtained with just a few klicks via function+. Good to know: The reproduction of parts in combination with the toleranceCheck increases part quality in a reliable and transparent way.
